Roomly
Challenge: Many small and mid-sized hotels still rely on paper logs, door signs, and spreadsheets to manage housekeeping. This leads to missed guest requests, task delays, and poor room readiness—directly affecting the guest experience. Process: We began with competitor research and user interviews to understand key pain points. Based on insights, we designed a smart housekeeping platform tailored for boutique hotels. I worked on the product strategy, user flows, UI/UX design, and branding. Core features include real-time room tracking, automated task scheduling, and priority request handling. The app supports two roles: Executive Housekeeper and Room Attendant, each with a role-specific dashboard and workflow. Result: Roomly offers hotels a clean, intuitive system to manage daily housekeeping more efficiently, improve team coordination, and enhance guest satisfaction—all from a single web app.
